The WMF Durado 28 cm Wok Pan combines the deeper shape of a wok with a modern flat base, making it suitable for a wide range of cooking methods and modern stovetops.
Unlike a traditional round-bottom wok, this model features a flat base, allowing it to be used directly on induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs.
The pan is made from Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel and features a high-performance ceramic non-stick coating. This makes it suitable for everyday cooking and lower-fat frying.
With its 28 cm diameter and deeper shape, the pan provides plenty of space for vegetables, meat, prawns, fried rice, noodles, curries and other dishes. The deeper design offers more capacity than a conventional frying pan.
The TransTherm all-stove base is designed to distribute heat evenly and retain heat efficiently. The pan can be used on all common hob types, including induction.
