The WMF Durado 28 cm serving frying pan combines high-quality Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel with a PTFE-free ceramic non-stick coating. It is suitable for preparing a wide range of everyday dishes, including meat, fish, vegetables and meals with sauces.
With a height of approximately 6 cm and a capacity of around 2.5 litres, the pan offers plenty of room for frying and versatile cooking. The ceramic non-stick coating helps food release more easily, allows cooking with less fat and makes cleaning more convenient.
The WMF TransTherm base is designed to distribute and retain heat efficiently. The pan is compatible with induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs. It is heat-resistant up to 400°C and oven-safe up to 260°C.
Two side handles make it convenient to lift and serve dishes directly at the table. Its polished stainless steel exterior also gives it a clean, timeless look.
